Business Overview:
Corporate Credit Management (“CCM”) is a transversal Team in support of the approximately 800 Corporate Clients of the North American platform. The CCM Team works to ensure coverage, monitoring & execution of all counterparty risk requests for the Corporate platform. The Corporate Credit Management team consists of the Credit Analyst which provide sector/transaction specialized risk monitoring for the Corporate platform.

Responsibilities:
· Lead the Media/Telecom Credit Subsector in origination, structuring and deal execution for existing clients and prospects including term sheet analysis of revolvers and terms loans formalized in a credit memoranda and preparation of cash flow projections associated with Leveraged Lending requirements
· Strong interaction with Coverage Bankers, Risk department, and Product Teams (amongst others, FX, IRD, Commodity, Equity Derivatives, Global Trade Solutions, Loan Capital Markets, and Leveraged Finance Teams) to ensure an efficient and smooth turnaround of transactions
· Sector primarily consists of 50 Media/Telecom companies including but not limited to diversified media & entertainment, cable, online travel, video game, and business services companies. Clients consist of corporates and sponsor owned entities
· Team consists of approx. 4 direct reports. Team member positions span from entry level to senior roles. The Team Leader provides an environment for analyst development through individual coaching, team support and formal training courses. The Team Leader is responsible for supporting client business in a risk-aware fashion, and in that process developing productive transversal relationships with partners across the firm. Team Leader will prepare mid-year and year-end appraisals of team members
· Directly cover a small portfolio of credits, including related requests/write-ups, and contribute, as needed, to team write-ups and analysis as deal flow requires. Review transaction proposals and annual reviews prepared by team members before formal submission designated approval committees, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are maintained in accordance with internal and external policies
· Assist junior members of the team in liaising with Coverage Bankers and Product Partners
· Maintain reporting related to the portfolio including pipeline tracking, exposure tracking, and other general reports
· Interact with internal and external auditors during loan examinations.
· Coordinate sector presentations with a focus on risk evolutions
Minimum Required Qualifications:
· 10+ years in a Corporate Banking environment, including leverage finance
· Sector experience in media/telecom
· Undergraduate Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
· Strong knowledge of general banking products and banking practices including an understanding of loan structure, terms and credit agreements
· Advanced financial statement analysis and projection modeling skills
· Sound knowledge of corporate credit analysis and methodologies
· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
· Detail oriented with a strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and corporate credit analysis
· Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage workflow in a changing deadline driven environment
· Strong knowledge of legal documentation including credit agreements and ISDAs
· Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation oriented
· Self-starter with good initiative
· Credibility in interacting with credit process partners (Bankers, Risk, Delegation Holders, Senior Management); providing input and clarifications during Credit Committee
· Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into a clear, concise, coherent, convincing and complete document

· MBA/Master in Finance/CFA
· Formal credit training courses

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $225,000 to $250,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
