Complaints Management Policy
BNP Paribas maintains a customer complaint handling procedure to deal with any Client complaints efficiently, transparently, and in a harmonized manner, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
BNP Paribas customers may make a complaint via their regular Relationship Manager, or by contacting the firm by phone at (263) 688-9719, electronically by emailing cibamericascustomercomplaints@us.bnpparibas.com, or by mail at 525 Washington Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ 07310.
BNP Paribas will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and make every effort to resolve it within 8 weeks.
