Responsibilities:
Plan and carry out actions

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $105,000 to $140,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.

Compensation:

Work closely with BNP Paribas global Financial Institutional Coverage teams on strategic accounts to position Asset Managers and Alternative Investment Managers for cross sell initiatives. Monitor, grow, and track sales pipelines that reflect $50m+ revenue annually to ensure targets will be hit at end of year. Build trusting relationships with procurement teams within large asset managers and large alternative managers. Source and run RFP processes for new business mandates including selecting deal team and SMEs per deal. Develop internal relationships with the key stakeholders of BNP Paribas C suite to have engagement with prospects at the most valuable time. Lead accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, opportunity assessments and activity reports to management. Manage and drive newly closed deals to guide onboarding of new clients until the funds have gone live, consistently reviewing product suite that can complement onboarding challenges. Coordinate and work with multi locations on multi deal initiatives, multiple fee schedules and multiple onboardings e.g. Luxembourg, Dublin, NYC, London.
