- The North America Private Capital Client Delivery team forms part of the wider private capital team within the Alternative Investors (AI) client line.
- Private Capital is engaged in the delivery of products and solutions to asset manager and asset owner clients investing in Private Equity (direct, fund of funds), Private Debt, Real Estate, Infrastructure. The main services delivered by the Private Capital teams are:

Responsibilities:
Service Delivery responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Loan Solutions US Operations team: (i) day-to-day management of team, (ii) ensure the team operates as a team at all times, locally and with peers in other regions, (iii) mentor and train staff to develop a broad skillset relevant to their career development.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction by effectively and proactively solving issues, stimulating client focus and assure that the SLAs are respected.

The U.S. Financial Security Department (USFS) has a key role to play in continually guiding and coordinating the Financial Security Program for BNPP to keep pace with evolving industry practices and local regulations. Within USFS, there are six main areas: KYC, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, Transaction Monitoring and Optimization, FIU/BLRA/QA, and Project Management. KYC is seeking a VP-level advisor to provide compliance coverage primarily for Financial Institutions clients within Corporate & Institutional Banking.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Compliance advice and support to Business Lines, Due Diligence Teams, and Compliance Management in matters pertaining to the Know Your Client (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes;
- Conduct thorough reviews of, and provide detailed opinions on, escalations pertaining to the KYC, Know Your Intermediary (KYI), and Know Your X (KYX) processes, including policy questions, waiver/exception requests, and escalations for decision;
- Review and render Compliance decisions on clients posing heightened AML/CFT risk, including exposure to Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), adverse information, sensitive or sanctioned jurisdictions, financial security incidents and opaque client structures;
- Participate in, and actively contribute to, local and/or global Client Acceptance Committee (CAC) meetings;
- Support the Passport and Reliance regimes through coordination and “One Voice” Compliance decision-making with global counterparts;

Minimum Required Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry or regulatory environment
- Strong background in financial security (i.e., KYC, AML, Sanctions, Bribery/Corruption)
- Strong time management and organizational skills, including experience in a control environment
- Familiarity across various client legal structures, including hedge funds, personal investment vehicles, investment managers, broker-dealers, as well as corporate client structures
- Knowledge of global markets products/services and prime brokerage activities

- Transaction processing in one or more of the company’s internal operations to support domestic and international customers for payment and check processing service functions.
- Perform first level review of obvious false positive (payments/Swift and non-SWIFT messages) that are stopped in our various filtering systems.
- Escalate questionable and exact matches to the level 2 team (SEE) for review
- Ensure instructions are executable, properly authorized or signed, or authenticated where applicable.
- Correction of transactions received via automated feeds with improper formatting and or items previously disapproved by verifiers.

Responsibilities:
The position demands strong analytical, communication, organizational and presentation skills. Candidates will be expected to:
- BKnowledgeable with various credit financing products (CLO Warehouses, Asset Based Lending, Mark-to-market financings, etc)
- He/she will interact and build relationships with CLO managers and Private Credit managers on the structuring and negotiate the execution of different financing products most notably CLO warehouses
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (including: Risk, Compliance, and legal) as part of the approval and execution of financing transactions
- Analyze and structure documents to conform with BNPP’s Financing structure
- Work with external counsel on the drafting of key transaction documents as part of the execution of CLO warehouses, Asset Based lending, and other financing transaction
- Assess and describe market conditions, and use analyses to model transaction economics/rationale for both internal and external distribution
- Analyze the credit profile of transactions
- Negotiate and execute bespoke transactions (primarily CLO Warehouses)
- Understand legal framework, capital treatment, funding and liquidity criteria
- Take a leading role in internal credit approval process by developing transaction strategy and drafting approval memos

Position overview:
The OSC AVP will report to a GFS U.S. OSC Director.
The OSC AVP as part of a team, will undertake review assignments in accordance with an approved plan; provide a high level of assistance in the conduct of reviews; and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
In this role, your primary responsibilities include:
- Performing assigned review scoping and test work, under the supervision and guidance of the OSC Vice President/Team Lead (or when necessary, under the OSC Director); adaptability to changing “coverage” of Operating Divisions (CIB, CPBS, and IPS) based on OSC organizational changes and needs, with potential to conduct reviews across all three (3) BNPP Operating Divisions as required.
- Assisting in the drafting of findings, Remedial Action Plans (“RAPs”) and review reports.

Responsibilities:
Reports to the Head of Structuring for GTS Americas, however on a day-to-day basis the person will work closely with the GTS Trade Managers supporting their Sales activities in the region. Responsibilities will span business across the Americas regional portfolio of new & existing business and will provide support in the following areas:
- Marketing support: Contribute to product development initiatives, identification of incremental sales opportunities, preparation of sector/client strategic plans, pitches, working capital analysis, research / analysis of market trends within the trade finance industry.
- Transaction structuring support: draft term sheets, propose / assess transaction features and collateral packages, engage with lawyers and other involved functions. Run pricing / capital consumption models at transaction level.

- Conduct compliance reviews of specific business units, branch / non-branch offices, functions, products, and / or other targeted reviews based on applicable laws, regulations, risks, and internal policies
- In conjunction with the Compliance Independent Testing (CIT) Manager, perform the following for assigned reviews:
- Develop a testing plan and timeline for each review considering applicable regulations, risks, and / or areas of concern.
