Responsibilities:
The Compliance Auditor will play a key role in supporting the internal audit team to independently assess the effectiveness of the governance framework that supports compliance risk management.
A strong background in compliance risk management, auditing, or consulting for Financial Services is a key requirement for this position. Specific Responsibilities include:
- Conduct multiple, complex, concurrent audit assignments. Responsible for the related audit scoping, planning, evaluating, reporting.
- Write audit reports with value added recommendations.
- Understand and assess the underlying risk applicable to the area of audit responsibilities through continuous monitoring activities.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable and related field (Accounting and/or Finance preferred).

- Strong understanding of compliance risk management concepts and related regulatory expectations, including Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, Transition Monitoring, and Sanctions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the different stakeholders and regulators.
- Ability to work in a team, liaise with other bank departments and adapt to new situations and approaches.

Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing Materials: Work closely with our Equity Derivatives and Global Macro business partners (including sales, trading, structuring) and manage the content development, design and production process of marketing presentational materials (e.g. pitchbooks, presentations, brochures, factsheets, videos, websites, etc.) for institutional and corporate clients, intermediaries and end investors.
- An integral part of the role will be the ability to take complex financial products or strategies and position the product to specific client sectors, including hedge funds, pension funds, insurance, asset managers, private banks, distributors etc., clearly articulating the product rationale, mechanism, characteristics and risks.
- Support the Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) product range development and distribution in the Americas, coordinating closely with EMEA

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Custody Account Manager interacting with internal service partners across global operations and the client (including – Institutions, Brokers, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, etc.)
- The role is the first and daily entry point of contact for clients booked on other 2S branches and set up under Follow the Sun model and will act as trusted source in managing client expectations versus BNP Paribas delivery throughout the trade lifecycle for Global Custody activities

The U.S. Financial Security Department has a key role to play in continually guiding and coordinating the Financial Security Program for BNPP to keep pace with evolving industry practices and local regulations. Responsibilities:
In line with our ambitions and CIB strategy for cross border MNC business, the role consists primarily in the development of the Japan clients’ franchise in North America [US + Canada] which is an important pillar of our 2030 ambition.
The client/prospect universe is composed of subsidiaries of large Japanese corporates based in North America. As the local senior banker for these clients, you ensure their coverage and the servicing of their banking needs in North America. You contribute to the overall relationship in close coordination with pilot bankers in Japan. Finally, you also ensure an adequate representation of the Bank in several institutions and associations of the Japanese community, including building long-term relationships with key individuals in the hierarchy of Japanese corporates in North America. As responsible for the Japan desk across the MNC Coverage, you report to the Head of the MNC NAR.
Development of the Japan MNC franchise
- Develop and deepen the local coverage of a portfolio of local Japanese clients and prospects in different sectors, as prioritized by the management (with clear revenue and intensity targets among other KPIs)
- Coordinate the interactions with the different product teams to address and service specific client needs
- Act as a contributor to the group relationship and ensure strong coordination with pilot bankers in Japan
- Engage and represent the Group with strategic individuals in Japanese corporates
- Understand strategic moves for Japanese corporates in the US; engage with IB bankers to provide advice around these situations
