- Business Management – this team contributes directly to the business development and its sound operation. It also facilitates and optimize the interaction between the Front Office and its Business Partners.

- Institutional Client Development (Client Dev) – this team in the Americas supports the growth of the client franchise and the execution of initiatives across the platform. Client Dev is organized around four pillars of focus: Market Intelligence to provide management with strategic analysis focused on benchmarking performance, Client Strategic Planning to improve results through effective identification and planning around priority accounts; Business Development to identify new growth opportunities and develop a strategic roadmap to implement initiatives and support Sales and FIC in execution and the Promotion of Tools to supporting the digitalization and adoption of tools and analytics and contribute to their development
- e-Commerce & Digital (e-C&D) – this team is a transversal department that drives the electronification and digitalization of our Global Markets division. Within the e-Commerce space, our focus is to manage the evolution and the enhancement of our electronic platforms to increase our footprint and create innovations for our clients and teams. We drive Digital transformation and are directly responsible for delivering new digital products and services
- Front Office Conduct & Surveillance (FOCS AMER) – this team is comprised of former Sales and Trading professionals across asset classes. Our aim is to proactively strengthen our controls within each business line to prevent potential misconduct that can adversely affect the bank and our clients.
- Operations Permanent Control (OPC) – this team is part of the Global Markets Americas Chief Conduct and Controls Office. The GMA OPC framework is a key component in the assessment and management of non-financial risks and implementation of the controls framework. Our goal is to be trusted risk managers for the desks, accomplished through expertise within our business lines (Global Equities, Global Macro, Global Credit, Deck and tech platforms)

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of lateral recruiters managing Analyst to Vice President level candidates.
- Allocate and balance req. loads among recruiters within local team and across the regional TA team in response to volume lulls and surges.
- Work with the Client Engagement and Senior Recruiting officers and the HRBP’s to understand the talent needs of the business lines and functions within the region.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years relevant recruitment industry experience; preferably within Investment Banking.
- Bachelor degree in Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $180,000 to $225,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.

The Head of Procurement for CIB North America responsible for Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, External Spend Category Management, Supplier Diversity Program and External Spend Analytics.
Leadership

The Analyst EQD Sales Assistant’s main role & responsibilities fall into three main categories:
- Risk/Position Monitoring and Trade Execution
- Develop and understand how to monitor trading positions and risks for accuracy throughout the day.

Business Overview:
The U.S. Financial Security Transaction Monitoring and Investigation (“TMI”) case investigator is responsible for reviewing alerts escalations, reporting on potential suspicious activities identified via internal and external triggers, manual and automated triggers, including but not limited to AML/CFT negative news, fraud, sanctions, KYC, and terrorist financing/human trafficking matters. He/she is in charge of investigating transactions stemming from such referrals, as well as interacting with multiple levels of the bank to mitigate risk and supporting the oversight of the BNP Paribas 1st Line of Defense (“1LOD”). The case investigator will also handle a variety of processes, including legal requests (subpoenas), FINCEN regulatory processes, and law enforcement communications.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in depth case investigations pertaining to potential financial crime concerns such as AML, bribery, corruption, terrorist financing/human trafficking, etc, to mitigate regulatory, reputational, and compliance risk for the bank.
- Conduct investigations stemming from a variety of internal and external referrals, including clients and affiliate fraud, internal employee misconduct, sanctions related matters and circumvention attempts, and AML/CFT red flags.
- Interact with all lines of business and affiliates to resolve issues as appropriate and determine whether the activity is deemed suspicious.
- Prepare investigative reports with findings after a review of relevant documentation, including drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (“SARs”).
· Review monthly AML/CFT/Red flags reports to identify potentially suspicious activity.
· Participate in monthly calls with branch affiliates and key stakeholders as needed.
· Participate in a variety of regulatory and legal processes, including FinCEN 314(a), 314(b), 311 special measures, civil and grand jury subpoenas, and law enforcement information sharing and backup documentation requests.
· Assist colleagues and TMI Management in other special projects involving transactions relating to, for example; cryptocurrency, Money Service Businesses (“MSB”), Payment Service Providers (“PSP”) and entities operating in the cannabis industry.
· Keep informed on laws, regulations, and current practices pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
· Support senior management with development and rollout of other TMI initiatives and projects.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
· Undergraduate Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field.
· 3 – 5 years’ experience in transaction surveillance including model validation.
· Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills required.
· Strong capability with data analytics/manipulation programs and concepts.
· Strong technical and analytical skills required.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· ACAMS, ACFE, ACFCS, ACFS certifications preferred.
· Experience and knowledge of BSA/AML and Sanctions issues is preferred.
· Experience with Correspondent Banking and Capital Markets is preferred.
· Experience with Actimize strongly preferred.

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $85,000 to $115,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
