Business Overview:
The Executive Assistant is a key staff member within the Finance & Tax (F&T) Americas department. He/She will support several of F&T management team members, including but not limited to Head of North America Tax and Head of Strategic Financial Management. The Executive Assistant will be part of the CFO Office, and report to the F&T Americas Chief of Staff. He/She will work in collaboration with other Executive Assistants, both within and outside of F&T.

Responsibilities:
Providing services to senior leaders of Finance & Tax, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Calendar management which includes planning meetings, resolving agenda conflicts, and making the best use of the time of the managers
- Expense management and submission for multiple managers
- Organization of travels for the managers including flights and hotel reservations but also agenda and meetings preparation
- Organization of events for Finance & Tax such as seminars, receptions, lunches or dinners
- Welcoming and organizing trips for visitors (staff/management from outside of the US, Tax authorities, auditors, etc.…)
The Executive Assistant plays a key role in facilitating the daily life at the office or during travels of the people he/she is assisting. He/she needs to be seen as the go-to person for support and quick resolution of issues, for the management team (in priority) and staff (when needed). Presence in the office in accordance with BNPP policy – and based on business needs – is necessary.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of prior experience in an Executive Assistant Role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
- Organization skills and relationship skills
- Time management skills
- Prioritization skills
- Proficient with MS office and digital tools
- Excellent management of confidential information
- Ability to interact with senior leaders of the BNPP organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Conversational French is a plus but not mandatory

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $90K to $110k annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
