2025 – Full Time Analyst – Unified Sectors Advisory and M&A

BUSINESS OVERVIEW:

The Unified Sectors – Advisory team provides Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) advisory services across North America. You will work within the Execution Group, providing support to deal teams on ongoing live buy-side and sell-side transaction execution, including maintaining buyer logs, assisting with due-diligence efforts and participating in calls with clients, buyers and advisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Assist on marketing and execution of M&A transactions

·        Prepare and produce marketing materials

·         Build detailed financial models

·         Perform business valuations utilizing public market and M&A transaction multiples and the discounted cash flow and LBO valuation methodologies. 

·         Perform industry and company specific research

·         Provide all other support as assigned
